The parties agree that upon signing the Distributor Membership Form (Distributor Agreement) with DJR Global, the
distributor will be authorized to offer/sell our products to clients under the following conditions:
1. The distributor must pay their invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt.
2. The distributor must provide all necessary information regarding the end user (name, address, and product list) to
DJR.
3. The distributor must inform each client that products will only be delivered after full payment.
4. The distributor is responsible for verifying the products (including but not limited to expiration dates, etc.).
5. Any use of the DJR name in sales and marketing programs (including but not limited to direct mail, brochures, or
advertisements) must first receive written approval from DJR Global.
6. All clients to whom the distributor sells DJR products remain their clients as long as the distributor’s business
remains active, or unless fraud is discovered.
7. If DJR detects fraud or false representation by the distributor, DJR will promptly notify them with evidence and
conclusions. DJR may take necessary actions, including but not limited to:
a) Requiring the distributor to stop offering DJR products.
b) Conducting an audit and reviewing the distributor’s records.
c) Terminating the distributor’s contract.
8. Either party may terminate this contract in writing, with or without cause, within thirty (30) days.
Any changes to the above information will only be valid if approved in writing by DJR Global.
